The most wonderful time of year: giving thanks

‘Tis the season to be grateful. Yet, why wait for Thanksgiving? It’s always the write time to give thanks! In fact, as I write this post, I count my blessings: greater than three hours of sleep in one night, a day job I love, an incredible husband and daughter, wonderful family and friends and good health. Plus, a call to create stories offering hope for new beginnings, humor in the messy middle and heart for happy endings. Speaking of happy endings and holidays, while working on my current WIP — the first inspirational novella in my smalltown Sweetwater series — I also began a bare bones (aka skeleton) sketch for a “very Cinderella Christmas.” Oh, and my Valentine’s Day story about Marie and Charles, published this year in Woman’s World, joins 40+ five-minute stories in the magazine’s special holiday romance edition (pick up your copy here).
