Spicing up the change of seasons: Chris’ top 5 reads

As my website bio states: I write romance. Sweet, contemporary stories infused with inspiration and #allthings hope, humor & heart. And I’m a voracious reader too which, in my experience, goes hand-in-hand with persons who write. As you might guess: I love real-life fairytales wrapped up with an HEA bow — the bigger the better. Any color will do. But just as seasons change — autumn replacing summer in all its vibrant and multi-hued glory — sometimes I like to spice things up with a thriller-suspense or drama that holds me captive. Although happy ever after remains my go-to, I enjoy reading a variety of genres (often which contain romantic elements). If you, too, enjoy a change of genre, check out my recent top five picks:

1) People Who Knew Me by Kim Hooper
2) The Good Girl by Mary Kubica
3) And a twofer by Rena Olsen: The Girl Before
and
4) With You Always
5) In an Instant by Suzanne Redfearn
