Old dog, new tricks: putting a ‘pin’ on it
Fifteen years ago, I graduated summa cum laude in my late 40s and coined the phrase, “it’s always the write time to teach an old dog new tricks.” I’ve shared how this saying eventually morphed into my tagline—“always the write time for hope, humor & heart.” But I still believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy and active mind. And while I’m not a big fan of tech (see Swapping the creative hat…), learning how to use it has empowered me to care for my equipment and better manage my author platforms—which now includes Pinterest. Though I’ve only been dabbling to date, be sure to visit my blog board to view pins highlighting my weekly posts, as well as inspirational nonfiction and all things Christmas boards with links to content I recommend. You can also follow me for news about future boards, including one in the planning stages for my July 1st Harlequin Love Inspired release.
If you’re a “Pinner,” how do you use it?
